Commission representatives from Montenegro visited Luxembourg to discuss international cooperation and the implementation of the Green Agenda.
Commission representatives from Montenegro visited Luxembourg on July 8-9, 2026, to discuss international cooperation and the implementation of the Green Agenda. During their visit, they met with representatives of leading financial institutions, including the European Investment Bank (EIB), where they were greeted by Isabelle Van Grunderbeeck, the head of the Financial Inclusion Unit. The Commission representatives presented their activities, focusing on EU taxonomy, ESG standards, sustainable financing, and green economy, as well as potential future cooperation opportunities.
