Montenegro's Minister of Finance, Novica Vuković, has expressed his confidence in the newly elected members of the Independent Fiscal Council, which will contribute to stable finances and a European future for the country.
Minister of Finance, Novica Vuković, has congratulated the newly elected members of the Independent Fiscal Council, including Mr. Aleksandar Popović, Mr. Bratislav Pejaković, and Mr. Jov Jovanović. He emphasized the importance of the council in ensuring responsible management of public funds, stronger fiscal accountability, and accelerated European integration. The minister highlighted the council's expertise, objectivity, and independence as key factors in maintaining fiscal discipline, macroeconomic stability, and sustainable development. The Ministry of Finance continues to implement reforms aimed at improving public financial management, strengthening institutional frameworks, and increasing transparency and accountability in fiscal policy.
