Notice on Registration Process in the Mediator Register

In order to provide clear and complete information to interested parties, the Ministry of Economic Development of Montenegro announces the registration process for the Mediator Register, in accordance with Articles 6, 10, and 11 of the Law on Mediation in Trade and Purchase of Non-Movable Property (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 89/25). The registration process requires the submission of the following documents: A copy of the personal ID or passport; A completed application form for registration in the Mediator Register, on the prescribed form; A certificate from the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS), confirming that the applicant is registered for the activity of mediation in trade and purchase of non-movable property as their main activity; A copy of the certificate of qualification for an agent, or an agent who will perform the activities of mediation; A copy of the JPR form with the Annex B, with the details of at least one agent employed by the applicant with full working hours, with the information from the Tax Administration; An attested statement on the fulfillment of the conditions for a business premises, by the responsible entity in the business entity or entrepreneur.
