Regulatory Guidelines for Qualified Participation and Business of Central Stock Exchange

The Commission for Capital Markets in Montenegro recently held a session at its 195th meeting, where it presented two draft proposals for regulations. The first proposal deals with the acquisition or increase of qualified participation in organizers of capital markets, investment companies, and the Central Stock Exchange. The second proposal addresses the content and method of submitting reports on the business of the Central Stock Exchange.
